Tamiel S. Holloway

Tamiel S. Holloway is a native Californian and the fourth attorney in her immediate family. She has lived in Mexico and Spain, and is fluent in Spanish.
​
Tamiel Holloway focuses her practice on advising individuals and families on all aspects of estate planning and litigation.
Ms. Holloway also regularly represents beneficiaries and fiduciaries with respect to the administration of complex trusts and estates. She serves as a thought partner to individuals and families, providing ongoing advice on the execution and administration of their estate plans and solutions to changed circumstances and evolving objectives.

Ms. Holloway has extensive experience crafting bespoke plans that meet her clients’ personal and financial goals while preserving and protecting wealth. Her expertise encompasses wills, trusts, privately held businesses, LPS, General and Limited Conservatorships, special needs trusts, and other legal arrangements and governance tools.
Ms. Holloway resolves contests, disputes and litigation related to trusts, estates and conservatorships. She represents heirs, beneficiaries, trustees and executors. She utilizes his experience to develop and implement strategies that swiftly and cost-effectively address the financial issues and fiduciary duties underlying trust contests, estates conflicts, and probate litigation.

As an experienced special education attorney, Ms. Holloway works on cases throughout California and has secured numerous favorable results for parents and students. Ms. Holloway works closely with families through each stage of the legal process to ensure that children are receiving the services and support they deserve. Ms. Holloway has provided representation for individuals challenged with disabilities and for their families, securing for her clients a basic education, as well as their rights under such programs as Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Social Security Act, Supplemental Security Income Act, Americans With Disabilities Act and the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act.
She attended the University of Southern California for International Relations. Later, she attended Boston University School of Law.
She is licensed to practice in California, Massachusetts and New Mexico.
Matthew Kimberlin

Matthew attended the University of Rhode Island where he studied English and History. He is a graduate of Boston University School of Law.
